We are a highly active, mid-sized, inner-Loop Boy Scout group chartered by the First Presbyterian Church in Houston’s Museum District.
The Troop holds the distinction of being the oldest Scouting organization in Houston.
We pride ourselves as a “Goldilocks” troop – big enough to have the equipment, leadership, and other resources to do what we want to do, but not so big that anybody gets lost in the crowd.
We’re boy-led, but also have plenty of support from a team of engaged adults.
We’ve produced many Eagle Scouts, but our real goal is to produce self-sufficient, well-rounded, and honorable young men.
